My son is weirdly picky about shoes, like he and every toddler on earth are in some secret meeting where they agree to reject anything that touches their feet. But the pair we got from barefootchild.info has actually been a win so far. He runs around in them all day and, suspiciously, hasn’t been trying to yank them off every five minutes like usual.
They’re soft, really light, and his toes don’t look all squished in there, which makes me wonder what other shoe companies have been hiding from us this whole time. Picking the right size took a bit of figuring out, but comfort-wise we’re happy. I’d buy them again.

These shoes fit my kid well. The sizing was close too, maybe just a tiny bit roomy, but they’re still comfortable and totally wearable.

I really wanted to like this, but after just a few wears the material already started wearing out. Isn’t that a bit soon? For the price, I expected it to hold up better.

I wanted to like these because they’re super flexible and definitely have that barefoot-style look. But on my kid, the fit just seemed kind of off, and the sole felt too thin for everyday wear. For the price, I expected them to feel a bit more practical and sturdy. Not terrible, just not a great match for us.

I ordered from barefootchild.info and the delivery took a bit longer than I was expecting. The tracking updates were kind of slow too, which was a little frustrating!! The package did arrive in good shape in the end, so that was fine, but I do think the shipping experience could be improved...

I only really browsed the site and didn’t end up buying anything, so I’m just talking about how it looks. It’s easy enough to get around, and the layout is simple, but... I mean, it feels a bit plain overall.
Some pages do look clean, and I liked that part. But then again, the whole design could use a little more polish or personality. It’s not bad, just not super memorable either, so 3 stars feels about right

I feel like I paid way too much for this and didn’t really get anything good out of it. I kept waiting for it to be better, but... yeah, it just wasn’t worth the money for me.
